Very nice mod. The biggest milestone and achievement in the game is Advanced City Planing. This mod is jumps on the bandwagon and takes the same line. It his highly recommended to use this mod with the Greenpeace* mod, which neutralizes the pollution fun killer mechanics.

(* need to modify Greenpeace so it works with the Advanced Colony Ship**)
(** Advanced Colony Ship has with Greenpeace none of its extra deployables, ATM it's recommended to use only Colony Ship with Greenpeace)

This should break the balance of the credits perks.
