@Scout Gaming Some of the models may have changed since I originally made the mod, however, I likely made some mistakes as well, since I'm not an expert on the subject.

I'll consider updating this with your suggestions, however, the mod's been obsolete anyway, by more-recent one "Real Names Infinite", where you can supply your own names for everything.

You are so incorrect. The shotgun is mossberg 500. The assault rifle is clearly A4 and not A2 you can easily tell by the 2 pixels on the right. Obviously heavy smg was meant to be a UMP45 and reolver is CLEARLY a ruger redhawk like c'mon it's gunsmithing 101

There are some other close match guns that might be better fits. The bolt action rifle might be the mosin nagant, similar in the shape of a lot of the parts, but designed and manufactured by pre-Soviet Russia. And the sniper rifle might be the m21, again similar shape to the m24, but even more distinct because of a semi automatic action. Also, the auto pistol might be a browning hi-power, same designer and manufacturer as the m1911, but it uses a 9mm round instead of .45.

Royalty added more advance guns, did not add industrial guns from my recollection.

I don't know if Royalty did or not, but base game appears to not have

Most-likely soon, yes. I'm waiting on a new mouse before doing much of anything. (My current one died recently, and it makes anything using Windows more difficult.) Should only be a day or so before it arrives, and, hopefully, I'll have some free time this weekend.

Turns out, it's almost identical to the FAMAE SAF, so I think that's the correct choice.

@Wilson Oh, yeah! That one's pretty close. The barrel on the OG-43 looks a bit different, and the mag isn't at as slanted of an angle, but it's the closest I've seen yet. I may end up using that. Thanks for the suggestion.

The Heavy SMG could be an Armaguerra OG-43, actually.

@SgtKOnyx Part 2: Finally, about the L-15: Yeah, I can't find it either anymore. Prehaps I was mistaken, but, at the time, I believed to have found a gun called the L-15, some older Russian prototype that resembled the DP-28. Anyway, I'll most definitely be changing it, when I have a minute, to the DP-28, as I believe that's the most correct name, and I haven't been able to find many mods that incorporate it into their arsenal already, (namely, the 20th Century Weapon Pack). That's the one I personally use.

@SgtKOnyx I tend to like gun names to be the shorter version of their name, (like what people would actually call them when speaking of them a lot.), so yeah, I'll probably go with the M134G, or the M134G Minigun.

About the Heavy SMG: They may be trying to move away from images of actual guns? Which would make sense, if in the distant future far away from Earth, future humans were constructing their on guns from scratch, I doubt they'd be able to make most of the same models as existed years in the past on Earth. For the sake of the mod, I think I'll still try to find a suitable weapon for it. I'd love to be able to incorporate mod options for this mod, so that the end users can just pick between weapon names in the mod's settings page. The PPSH 43 is a pretty good suggestion, thanks!

Dunno bout the UMP, unfortunately they kinda just made something generic instead of directly based on an actual weapon, maybe running through smgs on Forgotten Weapons may be useful. An off the cuff guess is the PPSH 43?

As for the L-15, I may not have made it clear, so I'll put it bluntly. I can find no such Light Machine Gun as existing in real life. Could you direct me to some listing that apparently Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGo can't see?

@YouTubePhantom I didn't see them anyway, cause I've been sleeping for past twelve hours. Also, yeah, I'd agree on that point, but it's a pretty odd Kalashnikov, as well. I'm having trouble finding any specific model. Also, thanks for the tip on the minigun. I'll probably end up changing it to that.

Disregard those comments, idk what I was thinking. The Heavy SMG looks more like a Kalashnikov rifle than a UMP-45, the Minigun would be a Dillon Aero M134G minigun

@SgtKOnyx The main focus of this mod, is also, to not have any of the same names as popular weapon mods, so the guns' names don't overlap when being used in conjunction with one. The L-15 is more obscure, but still fits the image, so I figured it would work better in this case, though, if I find that many popular weapon mods don't use the DP-28, then I'll gladly change the name.

Also, would you happen to have any suggestions about the Heavy SMG's name? It's currently the UMP-45, but it doesn't really look like a proper UMP. However, I couldn't find another gun that looks anything like the one in game.

I can appreciate that. It strikes me as more akin to the Schofield (S&W no. 3) personally, but since a revolver pretty much has a set "look", it's not too much to say it could be any revolver.
I was running into a bit of a stumble with the L-15 though. I was sure it was just a semi-obscure machine gun but when I went to find it, I could not. Perhaps a swap to DP-28 or DPM would be a more well known and therefore clearer analogue?

@Dreamer I mean, that's something that could be modded easily. I'd add it as an option for this mod if I knew how to create options at all. When I've got time, I'll look into learning about it.

So I'm not sure if Rimworld is doing this to all, but my Micro Uzi now looks like Heavy SMG they had previously and I really want them to turn it back... Never liked old Heavy SMG texture....

@SgtKOnyx I scrolled through about a 100 different pictures of revolvers on Wikipedia. The Triple Lock looked the most like the in-game icon. If you have any suggestions, though, I'd be more than willing to hear them.

Yeah, a UMP was the closest thing I could think of.

@Windows Attacker I just looked at it, and, personally, I don't think it looks like a UMP45, but I don't know what else it would be. I'll change it for now, but if I can find something better, I might change it again.
