I have no idea how it would work but i can totally see it happen.
The third shot is charged and is a mini crit
-30% reload speed
-40% damage
When the third shot hits at a cloaked spy he loses 40% cloak but the bullet only does 0.5% damage
Every third shot you lose 25% charge
Can Be recharged at dispensers (Over time)
or at Resupply lockers (Instant)
After depletion only enter charged rate when charge meter is 45% full
When charged, it autofires by holding down the mouse button

until recharged from dispenser or Resupply Locker
When charged amount of metal given out is 70% less to buildings
When charged, 50% faster building speed
when charged take 30% more damage from all damage sources
after depletion, you can only return to "charged" state after the charge is at least 45%
The "Charge" Recharges automaticcaly at 20% every 5 seconds
