@furious Thank you again. Actually it was in part my mistake as well since I had the sub-tabs mod for long time but always forgot to activate it...

@Gerbilskij my mistake. I forgot to add Sub-Building Tabs mod to required items list. Subscribe this mod to see information about sub-buildings.

@furious Ah, ok, thanks a lot. When I place the whole complex it just shows 25 commercial jobs and counts as commercial area (despite beig in the hi-res) category. So, they work as a res+comm complex even though the info panel shows the commercial building, ok. THank you again for all your nice assets.

@Gerbilskij second picture, right ico - whole complex. Use it.
First two icos (separate towers) - RICO bug, I can't hide it from RICO panel. If I choose category "none" for them, RICO will not working for all parts of this complex.

Thank you for your reply. But I still can't figure out how to place it, as the two separate towers are not facing the road (but are opposite to it) when placing them, and I also miss the commercial part, it is not showing in my RICO list under any category.

@Gerbilskij you must place whole complex.Towers are sub buildings, not separate assets. Complete complex has all modules, you don't need moveit to place it. In RICO panel complete complex has picture with two towers.

How shall we build it? I tend to place Lvbgr (the asset with the whle cmplex) first and then try to place Tower 1 and 2 over it with anarchy but the facing of the 2 towers still is not the same as the base. Am I doing something wrong?
