will this atleast keep the files installed so if someone closes their client and reopens it they can rejoin with redownloading?

@Waluigi Nope, it will actually take longer as the clients download all the servers workshop addons. But your clients won't have errors/ missing textures.

works better than perfect
downloads all weapons and maps 100x faster and additionally no errors pop up unlike the original downloader

It's adding all mounted addons to the client download list so the client has no errors. This is for server owners and their collections.
