sadly i have problem with this. In some point it stops giving points at like level 15-20 you stop getting points i dunno why

I'd really recommend you start a new game. AFAIK it will crash if you load a save.

Yes. It affects the AI, otherwise it wouldn't be fun to steamroll through everyone :)

you should put the level 20 cap in the description because i would have not downloaded this if i knew that, id have downloaded a skill dump and a mod that keeps feeding skill points until max level.

@hoppityq Ah ok. I managed to change the mod for myself and fixed it. I use a Fake Dump Skill mod, so it is ok for me.

I made it that way because not every general/agent has 80 skill slots and it causes a bug if they obtain more than that.

I have the same problem as @Schwifty Savage. Works until level 20, then stops giving points. Can i fix it myself, or is it a mod issue?

Check the changelog, I had to do that to prevent being overleveled
