+S L E E P Y ☆ Okay, I think you may be mixing up Buddy in a Box with the Moving Box, but as you said Buddy in a Box uses the co-op baby sprites and luckily enough, to my knowledge, they are all consistent, and my edits made the 'baby' items consistent with the co-op babies. So everything should be fine

What I mean't with the moving box is that the sprites were also changed to be consistent, but that's a far reach considering they are all the co-op baby sprites.

Nah, it is pretty dissapointing, did you know that the blood on isaac when he picks up an item that makes him bleed are different shades of red? The creators are beyond lazy. Good on you for making this.

This is nice. I like it. I must admit, there are mods that alter the demonic babies to better fit the appearence of the other demonic and satanic items, but this is worthwhile because it fixes ALL babies and it makes them match the theme really well, which the other graphics mods don't focus on with their alterations, which are a mixed blessing type of graphic fix, better and worse than the default, when compared to this change, which is solely better than default.
