This map looks amazing! And based on an area I've spent so much time in and around =)

Weirdly, it lets me load the map, but I get an error and can't start the simulation/ do anything... any ideas? Have tried a few fixes to no avail :(

I have been there and yes some very nice rivers, indeed. It takes me a year to make a map, I don't think I can manage it, friend!

Can you please make a map based off of Chillawack, located in British Columbia? It has some very nice rivers and hills. I think it would be a beautiful map. (Also W maps, best I have seen)

There is a collection, and I have no clue what you are talking about with the video and stuff. I don't have a video and I'm definitely not talking about open spaces

That video of yours... Here's a tip: When you don't know what to say, just don't say anything. Listening to you talk about how you are not good at building in open spaces is... painful. Also, when you have a map with that many asset dependencies, a collection would be nice.

Like ecania, whenever I make a map, I disable everything that is not essential in the map making process, or might cause a problem (some mods do, like Ultimate Eyecandy freaked out when I left it on by accident once. By freak out, I mean flashing, crazy screen).
I haven't counted but it's probably almost the same as ecania for map making numbers, and for playing the game I have a limit of about 300 very carefully chosen assets plus those ~20 mods, al either visual mods or map editor mods.
You've got a much better computer than mine since you can run 1600 assets :D

Around 50 when I play the game and around 20 at top when build maps, 1 collection for mapmaking and 1 for play the game.

It's a very popular mod I believe. I stopped using a number of mods, and this weird themes issue is gone. At least it's only an annoyance rather than a serious problem.

Hey Bringer of Fire, if the map doesent choose the theme , just click anothere map and then back to the one you play and the theme is there, also dont click on continue game when loading up the city, click on load game and be sure the theme is choosen.

Beautiful work! :) OmegaMan, if the textures (as in the patterns) are the same in the pictures, but just the colors are different, you'll need to subscribe to Cleyra LUT, which Ecania recommends Cleyra LUT for.

Oh dear. If you could shoot me a screenshot on my profile, maybe I could nail it by looking at it. By any chance has the base theme beem moved away from Temperate? Also, when you boot up the map, sometimes you have to maually sift through all the themes, as the game sometimes forgets to do this (mine anyway)

Lastly, BloodyPenguin has a mod that can force the game into any Custom and Base Theme? Have you tried it?

The colors don't look the same, I downloaded the theme and all assets but I have aqua water and the grass is a different color... Any ideas?

I am checking out your map - Ecania asked me (BonBonPROOF your map ;-) ) - it looks good - but a few assets were not found during the loading screen mod ... so i will try again soon - but I DID find 2 drowned trees - I took screenshots can i message you somehow here with the pictures?

thats the tree line/alpine zone not the continental divide. the divide is the place where on one side the water runs to the pacfic, and the other side it goes to the atlantic ocean. cheers.

Termite - Thanks for the heads up, I disabled NEXT 2 and fired up the map, parts of the main intersection were missing! I didn't even realize they were there!

Thedave25 - The theme is 'Minas Geralis' by ecania. Its new but I really like it.

I changed the road types to the games vanilla roads using the road removal mod. Works great now. I really do not like network extensions 2 as it is can be a save game killer and with the new roads in the vanilla game I am not sure it is needed anymore. Nice map.

What theme are you using?
