Because that's the exact same addon as this, but on the Source Filmmaker workshop. It's a prop.

That's why it says 'RAGDOLL' in the title and description. It's a prop.

Go on the bottom left corner of the spawn menu, look for 'Browse' and 'Addons', then look for the name of this addon in the folder. Or use the search function to look for 'KrAZ'.

Try re-downloading or unsubscribing and resubscribing. This has been happening a lot lately.

Must be the workshop not fully downloading the files, or something. Because it's happening on addons that have worked fine for ages.

That was in reference to the tank transporter trailer, which may be made in Russia? I'm not sure what country the "ChMZAP" company is based in.
