Где описание?(карточка ТС в депо при покупке где написана мощность, вместительность и прочее)??У меня вместо него сплошной текст на английском про какую-то дичь.

Because it's a modernization of exsiting trains. For example, ER2K-930 (https://trainpix.org/photo/133102/) previously was ER2-930 (https://trainpix.org/photo/51250/) . It's the same train. Modernization program started in 2003, and the last train passed this program in ~2007, that's the reason of such a short availability.
