There's an old scripted version of this game ([Scripted] Hanamikoji (2102166058)), but it seemed kinda janky when I tried it in hotseat mode. Also, you have to either create an XML button to start the game via startClicked or make a button on the table since the script doesn't seem to include that. I wasn't able to complete a round, it eventually acts like I'm not the correct player and so I can't do the final action of the turn.
