Sorry for the super late reply. There's definitely something mod related going on for you. A theme can't do anything like that. I have to say, that's an impressive quirk. The only crazier thing I've seen happen is trees flying in the air :D :D Hope you solved it

Hi all, the theme looks teriffic, however when I zone any zone, only the foundtaions appear and no further building takes place, hence 0 residents or offices,


thoughts?
