@Frankson Tightley: if it says "Boomer" thats the male, if it says "Boomette" that's the female.

For some reason I still see the female boomer as normal but i also see slimer so I assume it only replaced the male one?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, special infected mods don't work online. sv_consistency is a server-side (sv=server) command, so unless you join a server that has sv_consistency 0, it won't work. But it will still work in single-player or a locally hosted game with that command (ie you're running the server).

I type sv_consistency 0 in console, but it still shows the error message when i try to join a server

Enter sv_consistency 0 in the console. Also, word of advice for people who keep saying, "It doesn't work"... please give more detail, otherwise, I have no idea what you're talking about.
