Sorry forgot to reply. It's probably because of steam being a pos and only downloading the addon image "1243348548.jpg" in the addons workshop folder. Try restrting Steam or try again later.

@Assassin Combine Leader I think this mod is popular because it is something very new and unique. Also being the first real Vampire mod this game has seen & having face anims to make it come to life more.
