All of discover ME's videos were made private, I'm guessing a month or so before I want to get into audacity. sad.

Technically, yes. But only for the regular XCOM soldiers.

If you want it for your faction hero soldiers (reapers, skirmishers, templars), you're better off downloading my WoTC version because it has extra stuff in the ini and localization to make it available to the faction heroes.

thanks for making this! i have some regular soldiers modded to look like skirmishers but they sound like normal people, and this makes the perfect voice effect to make em sound like a proper skirmisher! much love <3

@The Last Titan, Voice mods in general should work with WoTC, but it might give you an error symbol on the launcher. However, the voices won't work with the hero classes unless you ini edit the files in the Config and Localization folders.

I'm also working on a WoTC compilation pack so you could also wait for that if you want (should be finished within a month or two)
