without any specifics, i can only assume it might be a vmt issue. this uses a custom vmt parameter to allow for animation.

its been a lot of years and basically a whole different america cause america nearly collapsesd and then got re built a couple times since this got posted but could you dome some skins like this for bill? it would be cool to see some classics like slayer, motorhead, rainbow, etc. also a black metal line would be sick
