Can you make the palm trees growable as well? :) or just make them purchaseable?

ok ... @Misaki1625 ... i'm a 'mod' dev not a 'staxel' dev i don't have any power to make my mod part of the core game i could make different models but tha would mean clogin the shop with it and as it is meqnt to be a functional mod ( providing wood ) i kinda don't see the point ...

and make even a forest of it! a really high trees and a big forest!

please make more diffrient trees and make it standard in the game! so we can se it over the hole town almost!

5 branches makes one Lumber, 1 Tree costs 1000 and the recipe 4000, if you use the money to insted buy raw wood you get more then you will ever get with the Trees and the recipe

this mod is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! 1000g for a freaking tree you are going to cut? It is rediculous! Might as well buy actual lumber at that point. How it has so many stars I dunno

Agreed, Idolord's changes sound much better than the current settings and I'd like to see them become standard for the mod.

i'v changed the value for the drops and recipe cost to make it somewhat useable and usefull
i'v reduced the branch requirement to 1 and uped the output to 10 raw wood instead of lumber
i'v also uped the drop rate for the tree to 80% weight for 2 branches and 20% for 4
i request you kind aprobation to upload modified files with due credit to alow non modder to use the mod a somewhat balanced way.

to answer Yukimarru, content buider take care of it for the client side, and if a server is running mods no need for client to download them. dev have made an amazing work with that, thanks to them !

I appreciate the idea of this mod but in use it doesn't make any sense, you can already buy lumber from the catalog and it's cheaper then you can get it from this mod. The branches are only available every 3 days and you need 5 to make 1 lumber. That's 15 days to get 1 lumber. To make let's say a basic house with some furnishings you'd need 1,000 Lumber. You can spend 12,000 to buy 12 trees that produce about 50 lumber a year, and in 20 years you'll get your investment back and get that 1,000 lumber. If you want this mod to be viable as an alternative to deforesting the branch recipe should be something like 1 branch = 50 lumber, that way you'd make your money back in a couple of years instead of in hundreds of years per tree.

How would you add this/others to servers?

They should make it so you can plant Acorns, and that after a full season passes a Tree grows. Still this is a lovely solution until this comes around.

I like the mod so far it helps out with how many trees I was cutting down.

You need to buy the catalogue at the store for 2,500 petals. (Probably need the shipping station as well (+2,500 petals)

How do you access the catalogue in this case? I'm clueless as to how I use this WoodTree mod

Might want to add that the wood tree seeds are only available through the catalogue! (I spent several hours today trying to figure out why I had no recipe/wood seeds in my inventory or in the stores!)
