He probably hasn't set his server up correctly with the new cvar for fy maps. He needs to set mp_weapons_allow_map_place 1 in his server.cfg.

Kenneth, I haven't posted a more recent version since the Feb12th update, so the file still includes MPs, shotguns, a few pistols and the 2 Galil AR. What makes you think it's a pistol map?
