It is (drumroll please) a humpback whale. lol They look very similar. But you can tell by the length and shape of the fins on it's sides, and mouth. The blue whale has shorter, pointier fins. And it is longer with it's top fin set closer to the tale.

It's a prop... It's one of my favorites. At one time you could even use move it to raise and lower it but nowadays it doesn't work so if you want to put it in water, it has to be shallow enough water to see, or near the shore.
