This mod doesn't touch the texture for the security light armor so I'm assuming you're referring to unarmored security texture (i.e. the specialist). What you're going to do is go down to \steam\steamapps\workshop\content\222880\1238036981\. Open the VPK file using GCFScape and extract it into an empty folder somewhere (this is going to be your mod). Then go inside to \materials\models\player (delete "hands" on your way there). Once inside, delete everything besides "us_base" and "us_light". Go into "us_light" and delete "us_light_head_02_color.vtf". After all that is done, head to \steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\ and place the folder in there.
