@Zombey i wrote it down on an earlier comment, i would have to look on youtube to tell you the full japanaese name of the opening song if you mean that one, else if you mean the tank one it is called Scamper and is played in the PS3 Game Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2.

it changed texture based only the images of midnight riders, everything else is kept as it should be, if you want these billboards replaced you might have to ask a user on l4dmaps, he did a vpk for example called "Neptunia Mall".

Neptunia the girls in the game are goddesses they rule over their landmass, protecting it from evil (arfoire) arfoire was once a goddess too, but she became evil once the 4 new goddesses were made so that arfoire not has to rule the entire world.

Landmass:
Planeptune (resembles Sega): CPU Goddess: Neptune, CPU Candidate: Nepgear
Lastation (resembles Playstation): CPU Goddess: Noire, CPU Candidate: Uni
Lowee (resembles Nintendo): CPU Goddess: Blanc, CPU Candidate, Ram and Rom (Twinsisters)
Leanbox (resembles XBox): CPU Goddess: Vert (no CPU Candidate here)

The CPU Candidates are the little Sisters of the Goddesses sooner or later they can become the Goddess of their landmass, they are all usually in human form but can activate their HDD to turn into their Goddess Form.

it is a good game series for ps3, next month there is an anime airing in japan. there also will be soon a game for the ps vita, try googling it :)
