i use a mod that allows many new units and this mod works with it but the option to build a veterans hall prevents construction of masters guild. the mod is known as the empire building mod. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=745699351
i cant fix this because im on linux without access to the mod editor. if your ever in the mood would this be easy to fix?

Now the first upgrade should be a viable option even in late-game of shorter games and the others serve as expensive expansion choices for longer games. Especially good in longer games with city-building turned off.

Might still make changes in future.

updated pricing, similarly to previous update the upgrades get really expensive really fast but now don't go over 10k gold
