If you are using VCmod you need both the base and ELS. If you want to use photon just find this vehicle setup for photon.

Why would they need to know its els enabled if its just a skin? They'd find that out when they either spawn lones tahoe or spawn the photon tahoe

They wont know it has els support untill they check the description. By the time they read that they will know it is a skin.

I'd add skin in the title and maybe remove the "full vcmod els support" because it makes it seem like a vehicle addon tbh. not trying to be rude but i thought it was a vehicle at first.
