i try ctrl+shift+p on the bear but it wont work and what is "the bear box"?

I just played through Overgrowth and tested out the character! Nicely done, it's miles better than my attempt years back now. The character skinweighting seems a bit off and the proportions of the character causes some animations to cut into the body, but it's overall solid. :)

you can become the bear by in editor mode (f1) select the bear box and ctrl + p

You should also make wolves scared of the bear, instead of bunnies only.
