You just have to open your console in a single player server (If you have the CS:GO melee weapon unlocker and it doesn't work, just disable the melee weapon unlocker and restart your game.)

Lemons. You seriously do not know anything about Tumtara or custom weapons.

Try downloading the Tumatra Mod Testing map and see if they show up there, considering all weapons are spawned on a wall there for you to pick up.
