it works the only glitch i have is he has his chair attached to his but when he gives a speech to his troops before battle. when the battle begins the chair is gone so thats good

As of the date of this message "2023", this works. I just started a campaign, went into battle, and there was no Horo.

I don't have horo, but my generals still have a crest on their back, like half moon and shit like that. How can i remove them like in your images?

@Nermilvus : I'm afraid not. This mod is essentially for vanilla game units. It'd be best for you to inquire from the Radious team itself for their version of a Horo remover. : )

@wm.j.olson thanx for the useful feedback. Radious' mod is a very deep extensive kind of mod scripted/stringed to ensure that others won't conflict/override and or cause a crash. It adds immersion and additional depth to the game both statiscally and visually. I would rather not disturb that aspect and also out of respect to my fellow modders who worked hard on that seminal legendary mod that other modders like myself have learnt from. Thank you for trying this mod out anyway, I am honoured by your interest. ^-^

@tiptoethroughthetulips : technically, yes. Especially if you're looking for that flamboyant high-collared european style favoured by Nobunaga. Sadly there are no pre installed visual meshes of that sort in BoB, only the short tercos type if I recall (i haven't opened BoB in 3 yrs tbh!).
Custom build is the only answer and you'd need to ask the Reskin Masters here and/or the TWC. I believe many Xtian Samurai favoured cloaks over their jinbo coats too like Takayama Ukon for one. So yeah, I'm sure any reskin modder will be happy to help you out on that one. Believe me, they share all our frustrations and more. Hence they mod to make corrections ! Ja-ne ^-^
