Anyone who watches Top gear knows that the Stig does not speak. So this is clearly a joke mod. Could be useful if you want a mute custom soldier though. So I`ll use it as I do have a soldier who is mute!

well if it is a mute option that is something we sort of need. As it is the final form of low quality voice mods.... and in having no quality makes it a really high quality utility for getting your soldiers to shut up.
