This is such a funny mod ) Unfortunatley so old for modern source it can break at anytime to an unplayable state.

I tested the fully patched mod through source sdk and it seems to crash during the pigeon cutscene the first time it swaps viewpoint to the playable character, maybe an issue with the 20th anniversary half life 2 update?

I get a guaranteed crash on the first map, during the pigeon cutscene at the start, the console outputs the following:
Host_Error: DLL_SetView: not a client
Dropped phill from server (DLL_SetView: not a client)

maps arent working even with the smanus 85 map fixes

After encountering the "Demon Man" the hotel in the redrum mission, I don't seem to obtain the teddy bear item that's given by the "Demon Man". In the mod my character automatically equips a teddy bear given by the "Demon Man" but when playing through synergy no teddy bear is given and for some reason I get these "cutscene black bars" that are located on the top and bottom of my screen.

I have reverted it back to the original ep1 ep2. But yes, you could have unpacked it and changed it, but it is better that it is updated to the correct ones.
The sdkep1 and sdkep2 was from a potential content override that was going to be a fallback mount point. It didn't quite go as it should have, and the tags are invalidated now.

Hi, first of all thank you for your hard work with Synergy! This mod seems to work fine but i have this logs in the console with invalid tags sdkep1 and sdkep2. Should i unpack the vpk and change it to ep1 and ep2? Thanks!

Maybe try downloading it through the InstallSourceMods.bat script https://github.com/Balimbanana/SourceScripts/blob/master/Batch/InstallSourceMods.bat
Right click Raw, then click Save Target As and place it somewhere then run it. Then follow the prompts.

I've played DayHard on my channel it was a silly mod which gave me laughs, but sometime me & my friend will play it on Synergy.

The reinstallation of the mod helped, everything works fine)

Do you have all the patches in the order they are listed? Also, are you running Synergy on DirectX9+? You can try running a specific DirectX version by adding to the startup line:
-dxlevel 100 or 95, 90, etc.
