in response to Serzhant Stanlevkov this suit is based off Enoch "Nucky" Thompson from the tv show boardwalk empire. what confirms is it is the fact that you see the spie's back as he walking towards the gravel. this looks almost identical to the intro to boardwalk empire.

You should re-submit the Pyrovision version as a Halloween costume. It might be able to get in as a restricted item.
