Nope - sorry. I've logged 5,140 hours in Garry's Mod and in all that time I have not figured out how to spawn dupes from workshop pages like this, nor have I found anybody who knows how. You'll just have to look for it in the vehicles section of your dupes menu. It'll be a couple pages back from the top rated ones.

Might I also add that laptops and PC's are both PC's, you mean a desktop.

A PC's keyboard is equipped with a number pad, whilst most laptop keyboards are not. Being optimized for a laptop system means that the controls for the dupe do not rely on a number pad. If it isn't optimized for a laptop, then people using them wouldn't be able to control my creation. Does that answer your question?
