My friend, I like your mod very much. However, in my server, old players often use this land to bully new players. I hope to add an option that only the administrator can get the land through the console (only obtained via command), which can add more activities for the elderly to our casual players. Rock on T Shaw. I will do try to isolate the conflict and figure how to get you the logs you requested in via pastebin. May be a few weeks as I'm juggling a number of games in addition to life. As a fun side note.. when I disable this mod after placing some turf the turf becomes ocean you can run on. It's very cool.

@Shequan Yes, the server log should be helpful (posted to pastebin preferably). Also, disabling your mods one by one and restarting the server can help to see which mod/s are causing the issue, as I suspect a mod conflict is causing the PvP turf to not work.

Thanks for the fast response T Shaw. PvP IS disabled in this world, but I am running many other (some pretty old) mods. The world isn't crashing or anything like that it's just that it's not allowing pvp when on the pvp turf. Would server log dump be helpful in this instance?

@Shequan It's working in my world. Is the mod enabled? Does the world have PvP disabled? Are there other mods enabled? Post you server log to pastebin and maybe I can help.

Would be nice to add the option to permit it so only admins can create the turf.
Otherwise, I can see this being used for griefing.

Yes...because unfortunately, I do get "less than desireables" on my server from time to time. I feel there should be a configurable option to only allow the admin to create the turf, place it, and dig it up (only admin having any sort of access to said turf). Our issue is players crafting it and placing it helter-skelter so they can attack people who are warming by a fire, for example. Sure, it's funny for the one doing the shenanigans, not so much to anyone else who is trying to play the game. Configuring it so only admin can have anything to do with crafting and placing (and digging it up) would fix a lot of issues. I can't use it unless that's implemented, it's simply too much of a hassle with the imbecilic randoms I get from time to time.

Can you make the exact opposite opposite of this mod? Like a turf that disables pvp for a pvp server

@^Makoto^ It is possible to do so, but not sure if I want to add it. I guess I could add a configurable option to choose what turf "pvp" would be enabled on, but you would only be able to select 1 turf (don't really want more options added).

@Quench I will look into it. When you say configurable by admin, do you mean that only admins can craft it and only admins can dig it up?

@Des of Astora It is the same as a normal death. I think you have some resurrection stuff confused. There is no max health penalty when you die; using a telltale heart gives that penalty or reviving at the Florid Postern in Endless mode. In any mode, you can resurrect yourself with a life giving amulet, touchstone, or meat effigy as well. This mod leaves all those mechanics untouched; all it does is allow you to attack other players when both of the fighting players are on the PvP Turf.

what happens if you die in the pvp turf? is it the same as normal death penalty with the standard max health penalty and need to ressurect with telltale heart?
