@Some Low-Key Slav Weeb Nevermind, it might be a bug. I only have this reskin mod and Kaiserreich turned on but Canada's troops still wear the wrong uniforms.

It works since its inspired from 1984 (Which was inspired by Stalin Russia). Oceania's IngSoc means English Socialism in Newspeak. This would be funny if you get Eric Blair as the leader of UoB! That's doubleplusgood!

And you have modeled their uniorms after a leader known as Fascist...

Is it possible that you could do a Legation cities Reskin? Like using the skin of the South Africans as some sort of colonial police, rather than the generic skin in use for the Legation cities at the moment.

I think you should make these skins only apply once Mosely has taken power, beforehand either the normal skins or new ones similar to the reworked CoF ones would be more fitting.

Well, I tested it, and it does indeed replace the Skins for the UK. Use event.uk1 or uk2 to restore the United Kingdom via console if you want to see.
