It only affect the fog that shows up in the distance on the campaign map.

hey, the mod still works great but its flagged as outdated at the moment, if you get time it'd be great if you could update it to fix that but no worries if not

It could improve them a bit, but not that much.
What's certain is that it wont make them worse.

It works just fine, I have used it quite a lot lately. Try using it with darker and deeper seas, and darker grand campaigns... looks amazing.

That's what the mod is supposed to do, reduce the from on the standard (and zoomed out view) while keeping just enough when you start zooming out to hide the horizon and the fact that most stuff there aren't loaded yet.

I still have the fog on my map, but when I zoom out it disappears :/
