@rodchester37 yes, u can make change the health to make them go slower, just go to options and look for this mod and change the health when they get slow

so i found a bit of an incompatability bug: while this addon is active, it makes any other speed-affecting addon not work (such as speed increasing powerups)

my guess is probably because this mod has fixed speed. I dont wanna ask to completely revamp the mod, but perhaps make it so that players are instead forced to alt-walk at low health? or prevent them from sprinting/jumping? just a suggestion

Yeah there's definitely something wrong, as the mod just refuses to work occasionally. Until this is fixed, does anyone have any recomendations for good mods that slow the generic walking speed?

I have had this installed for a while and for some reason it just is not working. My character just does not slow down at any point. I even tried setting the threshold to 100 and still my character moves at the normal speed. Why? Are there any mods that conflict with this? PLEASE HELP! :steamsad:

if you want some tip to make fights WAY more stressful,set the slow damage starting effects around 30-50.

I'd like this to work with NPCs, but I'd also like the threshold to mean that it takes this percentage of the NPC's health (for example, I have it at 75, and if an NPC has 40 health maximum like a citizen, they will only slow down if they go down to 30 health).

Also, I'd like some sort of damage crouch addon. Since I typically play single player, Last Stand is way too over the top for me, so I'd like an addon that forces you to crouch when you go down to a certain amount of health (like in Containment Breach).

the reason why you don't slow down when wounded in HL2 or GMod is your HEV suit, it's kinda like that one armor from berserk, in that it holds you together, and games specifically make that design choice so to reduce inconvinience, who wants to walk slow if you are at 10 hp anyways?
You need to make a quick getaway, not limp there! I know the fallout games did it, but that applies to crippled limbs, and HL2 focuses quite a bit on doom-like fast-paced combat, so this is for servers that make combat more cover-based and realistic
