The FGM-148 Javelin is an infrared guided Anti-tank missile, the shorts Javelin is an SACLOS ant-aircraft missile.

New update coming soon including full SACLOS mode, missile covers poping off when fired and lots of bug fixs.

You should try to get into contact with the CUP devs to see if you could integrate this into their mod. Considering it is a complete system and isn't low quality they'd probably be happy to credit you and integrate it.
