regarding making Barren Apotheosis only affect the summoned tree units; you could give the summoned tree units the Tomb King 'construct' identifier - or a renamed copy of it - and make the spell only affect that trait, like what some of the Tomb King abiltiies/spells do.

@Reini333 i won't add this to the ordo draconis mod because it would be too much unloreful..but i can make this hero available for templehof too, in this way you can recruit him but you still have to use this mod ^^
