After playing with this mod for 20 hours I have to say this mod really amped up the tense when playing. I have 7.1 surround headset and while playing with this mod it really gives a strong atmosphere. When I'm the specialist behind the enemy lines with my silenced Mk18 running from cover to cover trying to hide and then picking the enmy off one by one as they sometimes run past by me, I don't mind the loudness at all. I used to 100m sprint for my high school back in the day and this is exactly how it sounds after I finish running. Great mod overall, never know this was what missing from Insurgency.

The heartbeat is actually pretty accurate, if your blood is pumping hard, you can usually feel it in your head as well, interrupting your ability to hear 100%

Curious? Has anyone experienced an unwanted M45 skin with this? Not sure if it was this but somehow I got an unwanted M45 Fiery skin that I could not find elsewhere in the workshop. This is a nice feature, however!

@ScoolBy, yes, I understand you. But it's impossible with Workshop :(. Only Insurgency developers can do such things.

Да и не делается так, потому что если бы в тебя начали стрелять после пробежки, то застучало бы второе сердце :D.

@TeamON, сердечко шалит только от физухи. Можно конечно было бы привязать сердцебиение к выкрикам "Я под огнём", но такие моды уже вроде есть.

Great addon! definately adds to the tension! would be even better if after firing a full 30 round magazine with an AKM for example, your heart rate would rise
