That might be something google can help you with. Be careful with deleting materials/textures if your not sure what each individial folder is.

GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials\models\weapons\v_models\hands <-----for example this is to your hand textures a.k.a. your css gloves in game if you were to manualy install them.

Hey Cathice, I installed alot of textures and stuff for css, deleted them and now my guns dont have textures *PLus I CANNOT add gun skins for gmod D:* I need a little help with fixing removing old knife skins and shit :/

thats an old knife skin, im not sure if you can install it directly for gmod13 now. You would have to know how to swep skins and such.

I tried to install my knife, earlier I instaleld a shotgun skin and it replaced my gmod pump shotgun with what was on the game, though this doesnt seem to work for me, any tips?

This may sound dumb with but i can't find fingerless gloves with sleeves any where, and wal I do like far cry 3, the yellow just stands out. do you think you could do a quick retex for me that just makes the yellow parts black?

Thanks for the feedback, but let me reiterate.... I meant I downloaded a different hand skin that overwrites CSS hands. It contains v_hands.vtf, v_hands.vmt, and v_hands_normal.vtf. I extracted them into the materials/models/weapons/v_models/hands folder and they did nothing. I've tried a different skin that just had v_hands.vtf and v_hands.vmt and that didn't work either. This is the only one that's worked so far. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is a file missing that's necessary for the skin to overwrite?
