hi again, i re-subscribed to this and it says marriott-small-sign missing in the loading screen but I was able to run the game without any error messages so i guess it's alright!

hiya, when I was in the loading screen, I saw the messages that some files from Marriott hotel were missing (I used the loading screen mod). I didn't have any other assets that were Marriott-related so I assumed it was this one. I'll try again later and will update you.

@chopperine assets don't even have the ability to "give an error message." So you are getting an "error message" from somewhere, either from LSM or the game itself. I assume the error message you are receiving somehow references this asset, but I have no idea what the error messages says.

@「 LiTe Em uP 」 tourism requires After Dark. If a person downloads an asset with DLC settings and doesn't have DLC, then ♥♥♥♥ can ♥♥♥♥ up their game.

That is the point of adding local RICO settings, is that the local settings override the workshop settings

these should have been a tourism rico instead of residential rico IMO...

if i change the RICO settings ingame(well local settings), will your rico settings overwrite the settings i changed everytime i load the game??

@aubergine18 so you don't use a subway? or gamestop? or starbucks? cuz that pack is required for all those buildings too. The amount of effort it would be to make that prop stand alone would be monumental.... when you could just 1.) subscribe to the pack 2.) subscribe to the pack, load the Marriot logo, save it locally. Load the Courtyard asset, place the local Marriot prop. and unsubscribe to the pack. All of which would take you no less than 5 mins

Is there any possibility to get the Marriot logo as a stand-alone prop? The required signs and logos pack is 7meg of textures and my potato computer is at it's absolute limit. Currently I've unsubbed it, but the Courtyard asset looks odd without its Marriot logo :/

Well, dang. The Marriott logo is kind of important for a Marriott hotel. Guess I gotta keep it then. Thanks for the reply.

@blackthorne it's the marriott logo. it's also the subway logo, and a lot of other logos i use for assets.

Hey King Leno, love your stuff. Trying to trim assets though (I went a little insane), and was wondering what is used from "Signs and Logos"? I don't see Marriott mentioned in that pack, and it's 7MB I'd like to cut if I can. Thanks :)

Leno: your assets are always very good. And this one is no exception.
But what I would like to point out today is: your detailing is fantastic ... I love the way you make this hotel work for night time .. because you make the hotel room windows light up in different ways, and randomly too. Very realistic!
