Yea, spunch bop mentioned this, the Dempsey in Chronicles isn't Ultimis, it's Primis. only the Aether Alpha storyline has Ultimis characters, Aether Delta has Ultimis.

So Far The Only Way To Get Ultimis Dempsey As An NPC Is To Use The Model Manipulator Addon And Use His Ragdoll And Use It On The Primis Or Ultimis NPCS And.. Voila You Got Your Dempsey,

npc doesn't show up in spawnmenu. tried reinstalling and deleting the file. help?

I noticed that he doesn't appear as an NPC anymore. I can spawn the model just fine, but not the npc. I'm going to try reinstall the mod to see if it helps.
