I looked in the mod files, Prince Albert, actually, has a portrait, but I'm not sure why it is doesn't appear.

Have to ask, but when the UK is restored, if you choose to have Albert as the Governor General of Canada, his portrait doesn't appear for some reason. Could you implement a portrait in?
