While I wouldn't mind it in-game. Can't really say I'd like to see it in-game either.
On another note, I feel that scout doesn't really need drums, it would just feel forced, y'know?

Other than that, being a fan of drums regardless of TF2, I can somewhat enjoy the rhythm, so musically, it succeeds.

The taunt looks great and has a pretty great sound effect. Well synced too.
I'm a little worried about the space around his hips though, as in the video it looks like the areas where the legs meet the torso are pinched to be almost flat.
I'm not sure if that can really be avoided or if it's just too awkward an angle for the model, but I thought I'd mention it in case it got missed.

On the one hand its really well animated. On the other hand... something about it is off... like it feels kind of an out of place thing. I think its the fact its on scout. Doesn't seem like him. Seems like a more Pyro thing.
