Minos makes some great mods but updates (sometimes) can be hard to come by...we will see if this one gets a bit more love from its creator. :2018ship:

I'd like to see this work for the civil war mechanic. It is absolutely retarded when a civil war happens before the reforms as rome and the enemy gets a small stack of praetorians (no faction in the world has their tech, let alone rome) and a giant ballista. Totally stupid compensation for braindead AI and a killer of roleplay for me.

If the mod works on the latest patch for the civil war functionality, I'd be sure to give this mod a shoutout.

Since when where sudden Rebellions (in History) in the early Game, have more Power and are better organized than the whole Kingdom, for Example spawning completely high Tier Units, all @ Rank 4 ?

I have Rebels in my ED Campaign which I can't even defeat, controlling third of the World, because they are in a Capital, having full Stack of Legionnaires, Cohorts and they have high Veteran Rank.
It's so stupid strong, that even other AI Factions cant deal with their Rebels...
I hope this fixes it to a large Degree.
