Lack of windows in small grids blows dicks......SE just suck dicks at every turn.
I was able to accomplish this on my own small block grid by doing the following:
1. Create a small grid and blueprint it
2. Edit the blueprint's bp.bpc file in text editor
3. Paste in the MyObjectBuilder_CubeBlock tags for a large block flight seat
4. Change the Min x,y,z values for the flight seat block so that the bottom of the seat overlaps at lease one small block
