Leave out the scroll image and turn the seal into a scroll seal. I've seen a sparkling Luna rifle, so perhaps the liquid could sparkle, as well.

1) Look around, I'm pretty sure rainbile already exists. It has to. Maybe not on the workshop but somewhere. I mean, there's a friggin' rainbow version of mad milk, there's no way bile was left untouched.
2) Nope. I'd like to make pony common infected, but I'm neither capable of modeling or that skilled with skinning.
