My mod "Auto Stack And Pick Up" does sort of the same thing. The difference is, it doesn't ever destroy items lying on the ground, and it doesn't clean/stack things at intervals, but instead stacks items when they are dropped/spawned next to similar items. It can also do this during server start up, so if a bunch of rocks spawn next to each other, they will be stacked.

WARNING : this mod is currently outdated it cannot currently be used, from testing mods, this one cannot be used in multiplayer, due to a glitch regarding installation of the mod for people joining labeling the mod to be "out of date" it still works if you are solo but it will not work in multiplayer it took three ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ days to figure out what was the issue and this thing was a nightmare to figure out.

yeah, it still work, this mod is for auto- stacking same item and auto cleaning the world per 10 days. The maximum of item could be exist in the wold already shows at description, you just need to translate it cuz it is chinese. Btw, this mod is pretty useful
