There's no need to be sorry, it's just kinda shocking. Maaaybe Garry's Mod needs a menu button that tells you certain commands that would be helpful cause nav meshes usually take like 10 seconds to a minute long if the AI nodes are done right, if not, it's most likely going to take a bit on a low-end machine like mine but yeah.
