Jack should have replaced nick, their voices are so similar, and Jack definitely doesnot sound like coach. Brick would be the best for Coach.

Just as a recommendation Krieg should be used instead of Jack since Salvador is smaller but the skeleton makes him big and Kries is a playable character in 2, Jack would be more for the Presequel since you can play as his body double

Argajova, salvador has a smaller model, and in L4D they need him to be normal size.

You can either have a deformed salvador or no salvador

I Don't mind the missing Salvador. Handsome Jack and Nisha are my favorite characters in Borderlands, Anyways.
