Mod works perfectly fine with no issues after messing around for a day. Finally I can just roam around and look at all the nifty stuff in the game without worrying about what I carry. This is how the last perk in Encumbrance should work, anyways! Thank you!

If you are using the Steam program, you can still see the URL that has the ID in it.

Right-click anywhere on the page you're on in the Steam program.
Choose "Copy Page URL"
Paste it wherever you want like Notebook or whatever
You will see the ID#
