I have two suggestions

1: Scroll bar, so when you type too much you can scroll down and still see what you're typing
2: Uhh, hard to explain this one...you know how usually you can like, click somewhere in a paragraph you're typing, and type from there, so you don't have to erase everything to fix whatever you needed to fix? That please.

Certainly a useful mod when you're working on a custom ship that you plan on basically making a flying space mansion and using them for possible room suggestions. I'm using this with the sticky notes mod.

Yeah, I'd like to do some alternate designs, as well as lot of options for how they work. At the moment I'm working on making them hangable like in Terraria.
A few ideas:
* multiple messages (cycles through them)
* sign your character name on edit
* better text input
* some way to handle accidently unplacing a sign with a lot of text

Alternate sign style ideas:
* gravestones
* computer monitor
* stone tablet
* paper notice
* arrow signs
